For Quooker, we handled the complete organization of the Suppliers Day, from the preparation phase to the execution on the day itself! We created a diverse program, including an inspiring tour of the factory, interactive break-out sessions, and plenty of time for networking. Everything was perfectly arranged to make it an unforgettable day!
 

From compiling the program and designing the invitations to managing the timeline and overseeing the budget, we took care of the entire process. We scheduled internal meetings, coordinated with suppliers, arranged transportation for the guests, and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. Upon arrival, we handled guest registration, and the event was captured by our own professional photographer.
 

In collaboration with Quooker, we wanted to create something unique. We came up with the Quoocktail: an exclusive cocktail based on Quooker’s sparkling water. Together with Cocktail Creators, we developed an original recipe and filmed an instructional video. During the event, the Quoocktail was ceremoniously presented and, of course, tasted.
 

To complete the experience, we put together customized goodie bags, fully tailored to the client’s preferences. The result? A successful event!"
