As a Project Manager/ Event Manager at De Regelmeisjes, you will be responsible for planning and executing our events and projects. You will take on a leadership role, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You think ahead, plan, organize, and manage every detail.

Who are you?

You know exactly how things work at an event venue and how to coordinate everything seamlessly. You are creative, flexible, stress-resistant, critical, solutionoriented and you have a driver's license!

Additionally, you easily take on a leadership role and always think from the perspective of clients and guests, ensuring that their needs and wishes are always the top priority. In short, you are a true Regelmeisje who gives 100% and makes sure everything is taken care of! Because nothing is impossible! ;)

What will you be organizing?

  • You organize and coordinate various events and projects from start to finish.

  • You ensure that the client is completely taken care of.

  • You create detailed plans and proposals with the team, visit event venues with a keen eye for detail, and serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders on the event day.

  • You are responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and meeting (sometimes tight) deadlines.

  • You act as the primary contact for the client.

  • You maintain communication with suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • You confidently take the lead when needed and support the team wherever necessary.

  • You always think one step ahead, creating a "wow" effect for every event or project.

    In addition to organizing events, De Regelmeisjes specializes in project management, office support, communication and promotion, deploying our own hostesses, and handling (temporary) inhouse assignments. This means that in this role, you will not only focus on event management but also contribute to our other areas of expertise. For example, in consultation, you may take on a (temporary) inhouse assignment alongside your role as an Event Manager.
