BQ duiker
For BQ Duiker, we organized their 100th-anniversary celebration! Within five weeks, we arranged a complete event featuring food trucks, entertainment, decorations and BQ Duiker umbrellas for the rain. We also provided our hostesses for this special occasion.
Medivents thuishaven
For Medivents, we planned multiple Regelmeisjes at a corporate event at Thuishaven, fulfilling roles as hostesses and event managers. They warmly welcomed guests, handed out ice cream, and ensured everyone was in the right place at the right time.
Leidsche haring Party
For the Leidsche Haring Party, organized by the 3 October Vereeniging, we provided multiple hostesses. Our Regelmeisjes were on hand to welcome guests, provide information, and distribute their auction numbers.
haring & corenwijn gala
During the annual Haring & Corenwijn Gala in Leiden, organized by the 3 October Vereeniging, several Regelmeisjes ensured a flawless guest experience. They greeted attendees, maintained the guestbook, and guided them to their designated boxes, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in.
Erasmus MC Foundation
For the Erasmus MC Foundation, we assisted in organizing the Run4Daniel and Swim4Daniel charity events, raising funds for the Daniel den Hoed Foundation, which supports cancer research.
MSC at Breakbulk
For MSC, we provided multiple Regelmeisjes during the Breakbulk trade fair at Ahoy Rotterdam. Our hostesses managed reception desks, meeting rooms, virtual reality experiences, and bar service. They were also present at the MSC afterparty, where they handled guest registration and event coordination.
vrienden van het sophiA
De Vrienden van het Sophia organized the "Varen voor Sophia" charity event, successfully raising significant funds. Two Regelmeisjes decorated the boat, served cocktails, and ensured all guests were seated correctly during the auction.
Delifor
On short notice, we provided multiple hostesses for Deliflor Chrysanten during their event. Our hostesses welcomed customers and business relations, registered them, and showcased the latest chrysanthemum varieties.
Golflounge Amsterdam
For several years, we have been providing Regelmeisjes for Golflounge Amsterdam. Our team supports service operations, takes orders, and coordinates with the event organizer to ensure smooth execution.
Quote
For Quote’s Maison Quote event, we deployed multiple hostesses for an entire weekend. Our Regelmeisjes were responsible for greeting guests, managing the coat check, serving in the culinary area, and assisting with all event activities.
Local Authority
For the Local Authority of Rotterdam, we regularly provide hostesses during resident meetings. Our team supports information evenings, advises residents, assists staff, and serves coffee and tea.
rotterdam Business party
For Friends in Business, we provided multiple Regelmeisjes who greeted guests at the entrance and managed event registrations.
Sparta lodge
Throughout the season, we deployed a Regelmeisje in the Business Lounge during Sparta Rotterdam’s home matches. She managed the bar, served drinks, and ensured the best (Dutch) songs played through the speakers!
