At GGZ Noord-Holland, we are involved on a project basis, where we come up with, guide, and execute various initiatives. One example is the stand at a fair in Maastricht. We developed the entire concept, including the design and setup of the stand, as well as staffing and catering. We were responsible for give-aways, posters, and interactive elements that we designed and executed. Additionally, we had the privilege of organizing the farewell of a board member at a beautiful location in Heerhugowaard.
 

The challenge was to create a setting that send out a 'parade-like' atmosphere. After coming up with the concept, we collaborated with internal departments at GGZ to bring the idea to life. The end result was a farewell party in full parade style. We coordinated everything — from setup, supplier collaboration, and internal communication to creating event scripts, floor plans, posters, and flyers. Entertainment, decor, technical aspects, and catering were also part of our responsibilities.
