Bibliotheek AanZet needed an administrative expert for three months, two days a week, and turned to De Regelmeisjes for support. The library has grown significantly in recent years and now organizes a variety of fun and educational activities to help people of all ages with language and other skills. Our Regelmeisje stepped in to assist with tasks they could no longer manage themselves. She worked on drafting cooperation agreements with schools participating in language programs, creating actionable lists to effectively implement the policy plan for the coming years, and designing clear fact sheets to improve the transparency of subsidy reports. Additionally, we provide project and administrative support to Bibliotheek AanZet.
 

We also had the honor of organizing the Boekenbal in celebration of the library’s 125th anniversary! As part of the project team, we ensured every detail was taken care of from sending invitations and preparing the event script to realization on the day itself. Thanks to her dedication, everything ran smoothly!
